Terms of service
Effective date: November 6, 2026
These terms cover your use of Alamo City Home Pros ("we", "us"), including this website and any quote request you send us, here or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form. By using the service, you agree to them. Alamo City Home Pros is run by Setline Digital.
What we do
Alamo City Home Pros is a free quote-matching service for homeowners in the San Antonio, Texas area. When you send a request, we call you about it and, with your OK, try to match you with an independent local service provider who can contact you about a quote. We can't promise a match every time.
We are not a contractor
We do not do, manage or supervise any work. We do not employ the service providers, and they are not our agents. Each provider is an independent business and is solely responsible for its own quotes, prices, contracts, licenses, insurance, work and warranties. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider.
No guarantees
We do our best to connect you with a provider, but we can't promise that a provider will contact you, give you a quote, offer a particular price, or be available when you want. We don't guarantee the quality, timing or result of any provider's work. Before you hire anyone, check them out yourself, for example their reviews, licenses and insurance, and get the price and scope in writing.
It's free for you
Sending a request and being matched costs you nothing. You are never required to hire the provider.
Your information
You agree to give us accurate contact details. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and that we share your request with the one provider we match you with.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the website or send requests for someone else without their permission. The photos on this site are stock photos shared for ideas; they don't show work by us or by any provider.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything a provider does or fails to do, or for any loss that comes from hiring a provider or relying on a quote. The service is provided "as is".
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when we post it here with a new effective date.
